There’s no doubt that people respond to music and humor. Jackie specializes in writing catchy tunes with lyrics that push your message while tickling your audience’s funny bone and putting your product on the tips of tongues.
Jackie created “Seasons of Beef,” a live eatertainment show for the Texas Beef Council, at the Southwest Food Expo, in Dallas. One aim of the project was to teach people that beef has the sixth taste, umami, which is illustrated by this tune she wrote for the show.
